Senior HR Officer

About the Role:

We are recruiting for a Senior HR Officer on behalf of a leading global manufacturing client. This is a fully on-site role, providing comprehensive HR support across recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, training, compensation, and benefits. You'll work closely with managers and employees, driving HR initiatives that align with the company's growth and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention efforts.
  • Guide managers on performance management, employee relations, and leadership development.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives and facilitate training sessions.
  • Assist with compensation, benefits management, and HR metrics reporting.
  • Lead ad hoc HR projects and provide support for complex HR issues.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualified (Level 7 preferred) or equivalent
  • Experience in HR roles, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (desirable).
  • Manufacturing or industrial HR experience (preferred).
