Senior Town Planner

Our client, a respected planning and development consultancy is urgently looking for a Senior Town Planner to join their growing team based in Oxfordshire. The company have built up a strong client base that enables them to work on a variety of exciting projects, predominantly within the education and residential sectors.

Within the role the successful Senior Town Planner will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects including managing applications and appeals, liaising with clients, giving expert witness advice, managing budgets and schedules and undertaking business development.

For this position candidates are sought with a minimum of 5 year's planning experience, preferably within a consultancy environment however candidates with public sector experience are also encouraged to apply. It is likely that the successful Senior Town Planner will be a Chartered member of the RTPI and be confident in client facing.
