About the Role
Our client is searching for an enthusiastic Employment Associate/Senior Associate with approximately 2+ PQE to join a friendly and energetic team in the Oxford office.
As part of the fast-paced environment, your passion for employment law and strong communication skills will be essential. You will be part of a team that values a personal touch while delivering corporate-level service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary client service and maintain high standards of quality.
- Manage financial aspects competently, including time recording, billing, and WIP management.
- Actively contribute to business development efforts to retain and expand the client base.
- Keep your technical expertise up to date and relevant.
- Take accountability for your personal development, enhancing your interpersonal and soft skills.
- Adhere to SRA competence standards consistently.
- Perform other reasonable tasks as required.
Your Skills and Qualifications
- Relevant experience with the right level of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of client industries.
- Proven financial management skills and ability to meet client expectations.
- Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft packages.
- A self-motivated, friendly demeanour with excellent interpersonal skills.
