Are you an experienced Employment Solicitor passionate about advocating for fair workplace practices? Join a dynamic Local Authority in Thames Valley, where you will provide expert advice on employment law.

What You’ll Do:

• Advise on all aspects of employment law
• Draft and negotiate settlement agreements.
• Handle employment claims and draft legal responses.
• Instruct the Principal Advocate or Counsel
• Manage cases, conduct preliminary hearings, and provide advice
• Attend panels and committees, advising panel members as needed.

Requirements:

• You are a qualified Solicitor with at least three years’ post-qualification experience
• You have a track record of advising on complex employment matters
• You have strong negotiation and drafting skills.
