You'll be working closely with their dev team to make sure land leases, options, and other property related agreements are completed for a smooth transition into the next step in their developments.Some key information about your role:*Significant experience in contract review and negotiation.*Strong ability to manage outside counsel/law firms.*Team player and hard-worker, can-do attitude, with a good business judgement in providing compliant and business friendly legal solutions attention to detail.
