The Role
- Deliver high quality legal advice and services to Directorates and Corporate Services
- Undertake negotiations and where necessary undertake litigation and advocacy in courts, tribunals, statutory appeals and inquiries
- Participate in project team’s to ensure achievement of the Council’s objectives
- Provide legal and procedural advice to clients to ensure operational decisions are taken in the most beneficial and effective manner
What You’ll Bring
- Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or CILEx
- Ideally have criminal litigation experience
- Be motivated and ambitious towards your legal career
