This is a key role supporting a growing Residential team, handling a diverse caseload and ensuring clients receive excellent service.The successful candidate will work with a variety of clients, agents, lenders, and other professionals, managing complex property transactions and providing timely, high-quality advice.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a varied caseload, including Sale & Purchase, Shared Ownership, and Transfers of Equity.
  • Oversee exchanges, completions, and legal document negotiations.
  • Draft documents such as Leases, Transfers, and Reports on Title.
  • Build and maintain relationships with referrers, agents, and introducers.
  • Respond to client queries promptly and ensure high levels of customer service.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years PQE with a broad range of conveyancing experience.
  • Expertise in Sale & Purchase, Freehold, Leasehold, and New Build transactions.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage workloads, identify potential issues, and maintain confidentiality.
