- Assist fee earners with opening files, managing client queries, and preparing documents.
- Oversee exchanges, completions, and Land Registry applications.
- Draft legal documents, prepare completion statements, and handle post-completion tasks.
- Provide support in file management and cover for absent colleagues.
- Previous legal support or administrative experience (desirable).
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant IT platforms.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to manage basic legal work under supervision.
