This is a great role for someone looking to develop their career in commercial property law. Experience with Proclaim is beneficial but not essential.The firm offers excellent career development opportunities and a collaborative working environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist fee earners with opening files, managing client queries, and preparing documents.
  • Oversee exchanges, completions, and Land Registry applications.
  • Draft legal documents, prepare completion statements, and handle post-completion tasks.
  • Provide support in file management and cover for absent colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Previous legal support or administrative experience (desirable).
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant IT platforms.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage basic legal work under supervision.
