Maintenance Engineer

Provide maintenance/production engineering support for all manufacturing equipment processes and facilities related to the company.

We are currently seeking a skilled Night Shift Maintenance Engineer who can implement their skills and knowledge to ensure the smooth operation of our advanced systems. This role would be ideal for someone who is looking to lead by example with their skills and experience, and willing to share their knowledge with the other shift members.

Principal Accountabilities

Conduct routine and emergency maintenance on Krauss Maffei and Arburg injection moulding machines during night shifts.

Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults on injection moulding machines and all ancillary equipment such as conveyors, Temperature control units, material loaders, sensors and vision systems.

Maintain and repair robotic systems and assembly line equipment to ensure smooth operations.

Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to resolve complex issues.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

Proven experience as a maintenance engineer, preferably in a night shift role.

Strong mechanical, electrical, and robotics troubleshooting skills (Sepro and Fanuc Robots)

Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related field.

Experience with robotic systems, automation technology, and assembly lines.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Flexibility to work nights and adapt to changing priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £38,000.00-£44,000.00 per year
