Location: Kidlington, Oxford
Salary: Up to 300 per day (Contract-based)

City Site Solutions are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Site Manager to start on a project inKidlington, Oxfordshire.This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to work on a long-term contract with the potential to progress within the company and work on other projects withinLondon and Home Counties area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all mechanical aspects of the project, including plumbing, heating, ventilation, and controls.

  • Coordinate labour activities on-site and provide tool box talks to ensure safety and productivity.

  • Monitor labour levels, assess productivity, and ensure efficient use of resources.

  • Review and assess Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMs) and lifting plans.

  • Manage snagging works and ensure commissioning activities meet project standards.

  • Coordinate room and void closures while adhering to Swiftline's Quality Management Systems.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, performing regular inspections.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in delivering mechanical installations (Plumbing, Heating, Ventilation, and Controls).

  • Supervisory experience and ability to lead on-site teams effectively.

  • Valid CSCS ManagersCard, First Aid certification, and Asbestos Awareness training.

  • A full and clean Driving Licence

  • Strong knowledge of safety procedures and ability to assess risk and method statements.

  • Ability to commute to Kidlington, with flexibility for future work across Swiftline sites in London and the Home Counties.

Additional Information:

  • Weekend and evening work may be required, paid at overtime rates.
