Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Plan Execution - Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance brand awareness and website traffic.
- Conversion Funnel Optimisation - Design and refine funnels to drive registrations, convert free users, and promote additional services.
- Budget Management - Manage a five-figure marketing budget to maximise ROI.
- Campaign Management - Plan, execute and optimise campaigns using performance data.
- Content Strategy - Work with the content team to develop engaging marketing materials.
- Analytics & Reporting - Track key metrics and generate insights to inform strategic decisions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years in education marketing, preferably in B2C SaaS or online learning.
- 3+ years in digital marketing, with expertise in:
- Email marketing
- Paid advertising
- Conversion rate optimisation
- Strong analytical mindset with a test-and-learn approach.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics & Microsoft Excel.
- Solid understanding of marketing funnels and customer conversion strategies.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Experience with WordPress and web design principles.

Salary & Benefits:
- £30,000 - £37,000 per year (OTE) DOE
- 28 days annual leave (increasing to 33 after 5 years)
- Paid Sick Leave & Parental Leave
- 3-5 Days Paid Study Leave
- Enhanced Paternity Leave (6 weeks at 90%)
Location: Remote (5 days WFH) with one monthly team day in Oxfordshire (lunch included!)? Full-Time | 40 hours per week
