We are looking for a skilled Air Compression Field Service Engineer to provide on-site installation, maintenance, and repair services for air compression systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with compressed air systems, troubleshooting, and ensuring optimal performance in industrial settings. This role requires frequent travel to customer sites to diagnose issues, conduct repairs, and perform routine maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation & Commissioning:

    • Install and commission air compressors, dryers, filters, and associated systems at customer locations.
  • Service & Maintenance:

    • Conduct preventive maintenance and scheduled service tasks on air compressors and compressed air systems.
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on-site.
    • Ensure systems meet safety, efficiency, and performance standards.
  • Repair & Troubleshooting:

    • Perform emergency repairs to restore air compression systems to full operation.
    • Analyze system malfunctions and identify root causes, recommending long-term solutions.
  • Customer Support:

    • Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding equipment operation, system performance, and maintenance best practices.
    • Maintain strong customer relationships by delivering excellent service and technical expertise.
  • Documentation & Reporting:

    • Complete detailed service reports, including diagnoses, repairs, parts used, and maintenance recommendations.
    • Maintain accurate records of all service calls and follow-up actions.
Qualifications:
  • Education:

    • Diploma or degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related field.
  • Experience:

    • Minimum 2-5 years of experience working with air compression systems or industrial equipment in a field service role.
    • Hands-on experience with rotary screw, reciprocating, centrifugal compressors, and associated control systems.
