Cure Talent are thrilled to partner with a pioneering organisation in the medical device industry, seeking a hands-on Production Technician to join their innovative team.

As the new Production Technician, you will be responsible for the manufacture, cleaning, and packaging of orthopaedic implants, ensuring all processes are carried out to the highest standards. This is an exciting opportunity to work with specialised equipment and contribute to the evolution of manufacturing processes within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manufacture implants using additive manufacturing, heat treatment, powder washing, grit-blasting, cutting, polishing, and passivation.
  • Carry out cleaning within a cleanroom environment, ensuring strict compliance with procedures.
  • Maintain quality records and traceability throughout the production process.
  • Ensure the maintenance of equipment, stock, and the production environment.
  • Contribute to process development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Role Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
  • Experience in a Manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot production challenges.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills for documentation and reporting.
  • Experience working in a cleanroom (desirable).
