TimePlan Education is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Music Teacher for a temp-to-perm role at a school in Oxford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified teacher to share their love for music and nurture students' talents at Key Stages 3 and 4.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging and dynamic Music lessons in line with the school's scheme of work.
  • Teach Key Stage 3 and 4 Music, adapting lessons to meet the needs of all learners.
  • Mark and assess student work, providing constructive feedback to support progress.
  • Participate in parents' evenings and communicate effectively with parents about student performance.
  • Attend additional training sessions and contribute to extra-curricular activities, such as school concerts, music clubs, or performances.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Previous experience teaching Music at Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Must hold a DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with a commitment to fostering students' musical abilities.
