Occupational Therapist

Wheatley, Oxfordshire

Our Private Client are recruiting an Occupational Therapist for their specialist School in Wheatley on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical support across specialist schools and children's homes for young people with complex needs (developmental trauma, neuro-developmental conditions, and SEND).
  • Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to support educational and residential staff in creating therapeutic living and learning environments.
  • Conduct clinical assessments and formulate individualised interventions for young people.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure therapeutic support is integrated into all aspects of education, care, and support.
  • Offer consultation, workshops, training, and guidance to educational and residential teams.

Requirements:

  • Be a qualified Occupational Therapist registered with the HCPC.
  • Experience in delivering therapeutic interventions for children and young people with complex needs.
