Venn Group are pleased to have partnered with one of our valued public sector clients to source a diligent and driven individual for the following assignment:

Location:        Bicester (fully on-site)

Duration:        Three months +

Rate:               £11.44 per hour + holiday pay

Hours:            Full-time (37.5 hours p/week)

The main duties of the role include:

  • Handling day-to-day administrative duties including HR paperwork, ad hoc reports, and gathering information for complaints
  • Participating in meetings with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders, taking minutes when required
  • Collating/distributing papers for meetings
  • Following up action points from meetings with the relevant party to ensure that they are completed in good time
  • Acting as an initial point of contact, fielding a wide range of queries and escalating urgent matters as required
  • Undertaking secretarial and administrative duties, preparing documents with a high degree of accuracy

Essential skills/experience required:

  • Demonstrable experience working in fast-paced administrative environments
  • Strong organisational, multi-tasking and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

We are looking for candidates who are able to start at no more than a week’s notice.
