  • Job Title: Pharmacist (Band 6/7)

  • Location: Oxfordshire – NHS Hospital

  • Duration: 3-6 months

  • Schedule: 5 days a week (will consider 3 or 4 days) – 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Pharmacist and play a key role in hospital dispensary services. In this role, you will:

  • Support the hospital dispensary with medication dispensing and supply

  • Ensure the safe and effective use of medicines

  • Provide pharmaceutical advice to healthcare teams and patients

  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient care

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date pharmacy records

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • GPhC registration as a Pharmacist

  • Previous NHS hospital experience (dispensary work preferred)

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • A commitment to high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role offers flexibility with full-time (5 days) or part-time (3-4 days) options. The contract is for 3-6 months with the possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
