Reed is currently recruiting for a fastest-growing studio for a Studio Photographer. We are looking for a confident and passionate individual with a flair for photography, building client relationships and driving sales.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Artistic Expertise: Capture exquisite portraits of pets, newborns, couples, and families, ensuring every session creates artwork worthy of premium presentation.
- Sales Excellence: Present and sell your photography as custom, high-end artwork. Confidently navigate premium sales conversations, offering personalised solutions to clients. Carry out discovery phone calls to build rapport and plan your photoshoots.
- Client Relationships: Build rapport through meaningful interactions, creating a comfortable, trust-filled environment for clients.
- Fine Art Consultations: Assist clients in selecting and designing bespoke artwork for their homes, delivering an unforgettable, personalised experience.
- Studio Leadership: Lead by example, sharing your expertise with less experienced photographers and supporting the growth of our team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in a customer facing role: At least 2 years experience in a customer facing role, ability to close high-value sales is a bonus.
- Confidence and Rapport-Building Skills: A natural ability to connect with clients, instilling confidence in your artistic vision and sales acumen.
- Passion for Fine Art: A genuine appreciation for premium, handmade artwork and pride in creating timeless pieces for clients.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Fluent English and an empathetic approach to understanding and exceeding client expectations.
- Driving License: A valid driving license is essential for traveling to our remote but picturesque studios.
