  • Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
  • Monitor and inspect product quality during the production process.
  • Perform routine checks and preventative maintenance on machines.
  • Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Collaborate with senior technicians and engineers to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Record and report production data, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • A keen interest in manufacturing and hands-on technical work.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not required.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety.
  • Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
