Your new roleAs an Area Property Manager, you will work within a dynamic property services and home improvement team, operating at the forefront of maintaining and enhancing social housing stock. You will liaise directly with tenants, whilst maintaining excellent relationships with a number of other internal and external stakeholders ranging from surveyors, project managers, and contractors. This role will allow you to take full ownership of property related issues and projects, ensuring that tenants have safe, secure, and well-maintained homes. Your role will include liaison around property repairs, compliance, capital projects, and planned works. What you'll need to succeedWe are seeking an individual with enthusiasm, energy, and a positive 'can do' attitude when it comes to driving service excellence and innovation within a housing improvement team. You will need prior experience managing works across varied workstreams, alongside sound property legislation knowledge, to include damp & mould, section 20 processes, compliance, disrepair, and decent homes standards.
