The Resolute Group is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a permanent position in Oxfordshire with a salary range of £40,000 to £65,000.
The successful candidate will join a leading infrastructure supplier's commercial team, working on an 8-year infrastructure framework.
Key responsibilities include preparing costs, developing monthly progress applications, and maintaining financial control systems.
Applicants should have at least three years of industry experience in the Highways and/or local authority sector, with a BSc, HND, or HNC in Quantity Surveying preferred but not essential.
Eligibility to live and work in the UK is required for this position.

Quantity Surveyor - Permanent

Location: Oxfordshire (Hybrid)
Salary: £40,000 - £65,000

Role Description:The Resolute Group is working in partnership with a leading infrastructure supplier being based in Oxfordshire who has secured an 8-year infrastructure framework and looking to onboard a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.

Your duties will vary depending on the programme of works but could include:

To prepare and furnish up to date costs to the client and based on project re-measure.
Work closely with the project planner to develop the Monthly progress applications

Maintain accurate financial control systems and monthly reporting on cost value reconciliation
Supporting operational teams on all matters relating to Contract and Commercial issues whilst maintaining the flow of information between the site and office
Travelling to sites, when required, to support staff and clients

Experience & Qualifications:

BSc / HND / HNC in Quantity Surveying - not essential
At least three years of industry experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Highways and/or local authority sector
