This is your chance to work on prestigious, high-value projects across commercial, industrial, high-end residential, healthcare, student accommodation, motorsport, defence, and education sectors-with values ranging from 1m to 150m.

The Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll gain hands-on experience at every stage of the construction process, working closely with clients and senior colleagues. Your responsibilities will include managing pre- and post-contract stages, cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• New sports stadia and arenas
• Healthcare facilities (new builds and refurbishments)
• University developments including labs, teaching spaces, and heritage sites

The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

The ideal Quantity Surveyor will be a proactive and motivated professional eager to take ownership of their projects. You will have:

• A successful track record working on projects from inception to completion
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK consultancy
• A RICS-accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Working towards MRICS or committed to achieving it
• Strong pre- and post-contract experience
