Hays are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Leadership Partner HR Management Advisor to join our client on an ongoing long-term contracted assignmentLocation: OxfordAssignment type: Temporary, ongoing basis where you will be engaged via Hays Working environment: On-siteHours per week: 37 (Monday - Thursday 8- 4.30 Friday 8-1)Pay type: Competitive hourly pay rateYour new role -We are recruiting for a Leadership Partner HR Management Advisor. You will be the first point of contact for Management and Trade Union queries and topics related to your area of responsibility.

You will represent business interests in cross-functional circles and meetings as well as the realisation of top-down activities.Your remit will include developing HR concepts for your respective field of responsibility in line with HR/Business strategy and actively shaping and developing departments and their employees from HR perspective.Overseeing and taking responsibility for the selection of suitable candidates for open positions with Line Managers as well as responsibility for contractual changes in terms of new hires, job changes, promotions, salary changes and one-off payments.A key part of the role will be to provide advice and support on the application of disciplinary measures and grievance procedure.Responsibility for overseeing the administration and application of Portfolio, Portfolio Light and Development Talks.You will drive and steer Absence Management as well as issues stemmed as a result of Trade Union negotiations, such as working time models and individual measures.What you'll need to succeed - Knowledge of /experience of working with Employment LegislationProven interpersonal and communication skills at all levels (very proactive) and across different cultures.Good track record of handling sensitive data and topics (trustworthy, totally objective even under pressure).Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, preferably in an HR / Business Management-related subject.Knowledge of company agreements, HR processes, policies, instruments and systems required, experience of dealing with trade unions beneficial.The ability to handle pressure whilst solving problems and conflicts combined with highly developed communication skills is essential.Highly proficient in prioritisation, assertiveness and decision-making.Strong interpersonal skills and judgement / intuition is crucial in conjunction with a high level of professionalism due to the nature of the customer-facing role.What you'll get in return -Competitive hourly rate along with an annual performance-related bonus.Free parking on-site with access to a subsidised restaurant.On-site gym with very competitive membership at Plant OxfordAccess to Ben - a flexible employee benefits portal offering support across a wide range of topics such as mental health, well-being, financial or legal matters.What you need to do now - If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion on your career.For any further information please speak to: Shanteece Munroe
