What will I be doing?

You will be part of a small, friendly finance team of four and will play an integral part of supporting day-to-day accounting operations with a focus on Accounts Payable. Study support and training is encouraged, providing a great opportunity to build your future in finance.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Process and reconcile supplier invoices
  • Accurately manage accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing
  • Review and process employee expenses reports
  • Reconcile global bank accounts and credit card balances
  • Support with month-end tasks
  • Perform ad-hoc admin duties as required by the team

What skills and experience are required?

  • AAT part qualified or interested to study AAT
  • 1 years previous experience in account payables
  • Comfortable working remotely with monthly in-person team meetings
  • Well organised with an excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient with Excel, including Pivot Tables and V-LookUps

What else do I need to know?

This is a fully remote role; however you will be expected to attend monthly in person team meetings. The rest of the team are all based in Oxon/Bucks so proximity to this location is important. The role is currently offered on a part-time 4 days a week basis 28-30 hours with a requirement to work a Friday morning.
