Salary: Up to £60,485 per annumLocation: Samuelson House, OxfordshireContract: Permanent, Full-time (37 hours per week)

As a Safeguarding Team Manager, you will play a key role in Adult Social Care, leading a dedicated team in delivering high-quality safeguarding services. We have opportunities available in the Safeguarding Adults Team and the Locality Adult Social Services Team.

We are looking for an individual who is:

• A strong leader, with the ability to inspire and develop your team.

• Compassionate and person-centred, ensuring individuals receive the best support.

• Committed to equality and integrity, advocating for fair and ethical practice.

• Knowledgeable in legislation and statutory guidance, with a drive for continuous learning.

• A qualified social worker, registered with Social Work England.

• Competitive salary up to £60,485 per annum
