Collaborating with the established, passionate, and supportive team, you will strive to achieve the best possible outcomes.Your new role will utilise a strength-based approach in alignment to safeguarding principals. Empower individuals to achieve the outcomes they want and so that they can protect themselves from potential abuse and support people and carers to ensure their voice is heard through advocacy where necessary.What you'll need to succeedIn order to succeed, you will be a driven, person-centred Social Worker striving to gain the best outcomes for people. You will display a kind and caring personality, with an understanding of and respect for individuals' qualities, abilities and diverse backgrounds.To be successful, you will require a Social Work qualification and be registered with Social Work England.
