The RoleAs a Social Worker in the Children's Disability Team, you'll work with disabled children and their families, focusing on:
- Supporting Child in Need and Child Protection plans.
- Managing Care Proceedings, Children We Care For, and Leaving Care young adults.
- Promoting children's rights and ensuring their voices shape the services they receive.
- Adhering to safeguarding policies to protect vulnerable children.
Based at Ron Groves House, this role covers the South of Oxfordshire.
