Your Mission:

As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will collaborate with Frontend Developers, QA Engineers, and DevOps Engineers to build secure, scalable microservices. Your work will streamline vital clinical research applications, driving advancements in healthcare.

What You'll Do:

  • Architect and Develop: Craft REST APIs using C# and .NET Core SDK.
  • Database Mastery: Design relational database schemas, leverage Entity Framework (ORM), and manage database migrations.
  • Package Management: Handle and optimize package dependencies.
  • Containerization: Use Docker to containerize microservices.
  • DevOps Collaboration: Work with DevOps Engineers on CI pipelines.
  • Agile Participation: Engage actively in Agile ceremonies.

What You Bring:

  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience in designing and implementing REST APIs with C# and .NET Core SDK.
  • Testing Skills: Proficiency in writing unit and integration tests using xUnit, Moq, SpecFlow, etc.
  • API Development: Experience in developing clients to consume external REST APIs.
  • Security Knowledge: Understanding of endpoint and data security standards, including OAuth2.
  • Cloud Savvy: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure.
  • DevOps Understanding: Knowledge of DevOps methodologies and container technologies.
  • Healthcare Insight: Experience with healthcare standards, e.g., FHIR.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a UK university or an equivalent qualification.
