Learning Support Worker
Salary: £85 - £100 per day
Job Types: Permanent, Long-term temporary, Temporary-to-permanent.
We are seeking caring and resilient Learning Support Workers to provide quality learning support to SEND students across the Oxfordshire, Milton Keynes, and Buckinghamshire areas.
The schools we work with support students with various need types, such as:
- Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
- Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH)
- Challenging Behaviour
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience working with children and young people.
- Knowledgeable of conditions related to Special Educational Needs (SEND) such as ASD, ADHD, challenging behaviours, etc.
- The ability to be compassionate, resilient, proactive, and patient.
