DXP Talent are looking for an enthusiastic 1st Line Support Engineer to be based onsite 5 days a week in Oxford with a market leading Business.
This is a great opportunity for someone either looking to get into IT or has some 1st Line experience and is looking to build on their skills and experience.

You'll be enthusiastic, eager to learn, have great communication skills and have a passion for IT demonstrated by having previous experience or having certifications/qualifications to back up your interest.
Day to day you'll be responding to tickets logged on the ITSM and being the 1st point of contact for users across the business and be providing outstanding customer service to keep users updated.

Ideal experience:
- Windows 10 and 11 Support
- O365 (Azure AD, Teams, Intune, Exchange Online)
- Experience with ITSM
