We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our team in Didcot, Oxfordshire. This is a permanent, full-time position ideal for someone with a Level 3 Diploma in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair. The role offers a competitive basic salary with the added benefit of an uncapped bonus, reflecting the quality and quantity of work.
Day-to-day of the role:- Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles to manufacturer standards.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting faults in a timely and accurate manner.
- Performing vehicle inspections, testing, and servicing.
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and complies with professional standards.
- Keeping records of work carried out and time taken.
- Communicating effectively with the service team and customers when required.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- A Level 3 Diploma in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
