What it's like to work here

You’ll be working across Pembrokeshire with a focus in three project areas, there will be regular travel.

Your contractual location will be Stackpole and there will be an expectation for you to attend the office. However, there is flexibility on where you are based at other times. You will be required to work at a National Trust location for 40-60% of your working week. This will be discussed in more detail at interview.

You’ll be a core part of the projects and be integrated with operational teams. You’ll have opportunity to connect with the wider internal volunteer and community networks across Wales and the wider organisation.

Sut beth yw gweithio yma

Yn teithio'n rheolaidd, byddwch yn gweithio ledled Sir Benfro gyda ffocws mewn tair ardal prosiect.

Bydd eich lleoliad contract yn Stagbwll a bydd disgwyl i chi fynychu'r swyddfa. Fodd bynnag, mae hyblygrwydd ynghylch eich lleoliad ar adegau eraill. Bydd gofyn i chi weithio yn un o leoliadau'r Ymddiriedolaeth Genedlaethol am 40-60% o'ch wythnos waith. Bydd hyn yn cael ei drafod yn fanylach yn y cyfweliad.

What you'll be doing

Community is an integral part of Pembrokeshire. People are naturally networked, and those networks are the life of Pembrokeshire's community. Working within those networks is our aim, to enable communities to thrive, by listening and understanding. You’ll engage the power of communities, to create viable opportunities for people and develop ownership of our places. We want to open conversations with landowners, local businesses, community groups, schools and individuals and we want to know that we can follow up on our conversations, test, and challenge, to find great outcomes for our landscapes and nature, that work for everyone.

You’ll support the project needs to ensure we represent and reflect the needs of the local community and stakeholders in our decision making and actions, and that we communicate our position clearly.

Yr hyn fyddwch chi’n ei wneud

Mae cymuned yn rhan annatod o Sir Benfro. Mae'r bobl wedi'u rhwydweithio'n naturiol, ac mae'r rhwydweithiau hynny wrth wraidd cymuned Sir Benfro. Ein nod yw gweithio o fewn y rhwydweithiau hynny, er mwyn galluogi cymunedau i ffynnu, drwy wrando a deall. Byddwch yn ymgysylltu â grym cymunedau, er mwyn creu cyfleoedd ymarferol i bobl a datblygu perchnogaeth o'n lleoedd. Rydym yn awyddus i gynnal sgyrsiau â thirfeddianwyr, busnesau lleol, grwpiau cymunedol, ysgolion ac unigolion, ac rydym eisiau gwybod ein bod yn gallu dilyn drwodd gyda'n sgyrsiau, profi, a herio, er mwyn canfod datrysiadau gwych ar gyfer ein tirweddau a'n byd natur, sy'n gweithio i bawb.

Byddwch yn cefnogi anghenion y prosiect er mwyn sicrhau ein bod yn cynrychioli ac yn adlewyrchu anghenion y gymuned leol a rhanddeiliaid yn ein penderfyniadau a'n gweithredoedd, a'n bod yn cyfathrebu ein sefyllfa'n glir.
