Architectural Sales Manager - Building Envelope
The Client:

The Role:
This is a new role for the business where you will have various responsibilities. Mainly, you will be responsible for securing specifications with Architects and M&E Consultants across the central belt, working closely with the senior leadership team to secure high value projects for their innovative new building system. At present, inbound enquiries are significant and you will have a considerable amount of existing tenders and contracts to contend with before looking for any new projects.
Be successful and you will be given the opportunity to build your own team.
The Person:
It is likely that you are an experienced Specification Sales person with an appreciation of both residential and commercial building envelopes.
The Rewards:
A basic salary of £55 65,000 is on offer with a full benefits package including Car Allowance.
