**STARTING 25th OF NOVEMBER, INTERVIEWS WEEK COMMENCING 14TH OF OCTOBER**

Pertemps are currently working with a Financial Services based company who are looking to expand their team.

Working withing the Vulnerable Customer's department, you will work as an essential arm of the business, providing guidance and advice to customers who need extra support. This is a very well suited role to those with a caring and empathetic nature. This would be a great opportunity for those currently working within a Care or Nursery environment and are looking for a change of career.

Salary:£23,500pa
  • Hybrid working3 days in our Kilmarnock office and 2 days working at home (after 3 months)
  • 37.5hours per week (Monday-Friday Shift Pattern 8-4 or 9-5, must be available for 1 x Saturday, 8am-2pm per month)
  • 28 days holidays(increasing to 31 days after 5 years)

As a Vulnerable Customer Care Advisor, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls with the aim of helping customers during their time of need.
Youll receive best-in-class training to provide you with the skills required to perform successfully in your role.
Once trained, you will work within a Voice team and become a valued member of our wider Collections team.
