Position Summary:
The position is based on a safety critical depot and you would be expected to complete the following tasks:
*Remove and refit electrical components
*Carry out modifications to rolling stock in accordance with relevant work instructions and specifications
*Carry out inspection, maintenance and testing of rolling stock systems in accordance with vehicle instructions
*Where required, provide support for fault-finding and diagnosis of rolling stock systems
*Able to interpret engineering drawings/specifications
Person Profile:
*Experience within component removal/refits of electrical systems
*Ideally have an NVQ level 3 within electrical engineering
*Ability to fault find and diagnose electrical systems with experience on a vehicle
