Pertemps are currently working with a Financial Services based company who are looking to expand their team.
Working withing the Vulnerable Customer's department, you will work as an essential arm of the business, providing guidance and advice to customers who need extra support.

Salary:?£23,500pa
- Hybrid working?3 days in our Kilmarnock office and 2 days working at home (after 3 months)
- 37.5?hours per week (Monday-Friday Shift Pattern 8-4 or 9-5, must be available for 1 x Saturday, 8am-2pm per month)
- 28 days holidays?(increasing to 31 days after 5 years)
- Pension?(5% employee and minimum 4% employer contributions)

Once trained, you will work within a Voice team and become a valued member of our wider Collections team.
