Glenelly Infrastructure Solutions has an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our small and friendly team based in Kilmarnock, whilst experience is a bonus, we are also looking for someone who has a hunger for learning and wishes to grow with us as a business.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Contacting customers, scheduling surveys and booking appointments.
- Liaising with our client regarding surveys & appointments.
- Opening, closing & recording permits.
- Making up job packs.
- General ad-hoc admin duties
- Experienced in using Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel.
Previous experience in the industry would be desirable but not essential as full training and support will be given.
Good communication skills and excellent time management skills
Hours of work are 8am-4pm Monday to Friday
