We are seeking a Temporary Office Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our family-run memorial business in Kilmarnock. This role involves overseeing administrative tasks, managing staff, and providing compassionate service to grieving families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise staff to maintain high standards of care.
- Manage orders, stock control, and financial operations.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Assist with marketing and community outreach.
- Provide empathetic support to clients.
Requirements:
- Experience in office management or similar role.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Compassionate, professional, and a clear communicator.
Location: Kilmarnock (with occasional travel in Ayrshire). Hours: Monday to Saturday, 37.5 hours per week.
