What You’ll Be Doing

You'll be the first in-house finance team employee, and take full ownership of management accounts and financial accounts.

Everything is currently being handled by their head office team in Italy, as well as external accountants.

Bit by bit, you'll take more tasks away from them and into your own remit.

You'll also handle key responsibilities like VAT, payroll, purchase/sales ledger, and much more.

There's ample room for you to flex your finance expertise and utilize your experience, as you will be developing the UK finance function from scratch!

And the role comes with the benefit of hybrid working!

Spend 3 days a week at the King’s Lynn office, and the other 2 days you can work flexibly from home.

What Skills You Need

You'll be a qualified management accountant, and hold a CIMA (CGMA), ACCA, ACA or equivalent qualification.

Fantastic people skills is an absolute must, as you will be engaging regularly with all of the UK staff, as well as the wider finance team based at the company’s head office in Italy.

You’ll also have strong ERP experience with software such as SAP, Oracle or SAGE.

Aside from that, you just need to be within commutable distance to travel to the office based in King’s Lynn 3 days per week!
