As a Production Operative you will be playing a crucial role in the manufacturing process by performing various tasks to ensure smooth and efficient production operations. This role requires individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment as needed.
- Load and unload materials onto production lines.
- Assemble components or parts as required by the production process.
- Inspect finished products for defects or imperfections.
- Clean work areas and equipment to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Assist skilled operators or technicians as needed.
Experience and Requirements for the role:
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of machinery and equipment operation preferred.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
