We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and prestigious manufacturing company based in Kings Lynn. Due to their continued success and development, they are looking to employ a Production Operator to join their Production Team.

Permanent role

34, 468 per annum (approx. 15.78 per hour)

42 hours per week

7-day rotary shift pattern (days, nights, & weekends)

12-hour shifts (7am-7pm & 7pm-7am)

Purpose of the role:

Part of a team producing membrane on a purpose-built automated production line. Assisting the STM with day-to-day operation of the plant to ensure product quality, maximise efficiency and ensure customer orders are delivered on time.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

Plant operation and monitoring through a computer-based control system

Product quality control testing and monitoring

Supporting Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental procedures

Troubleshooting and improving processes

Maintaining good housekeeping standards throughout the area

Maths and English GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent)
