Position: Fleet Driver

Location: Kings Lynn

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week - FULL TIME WORK (some late shifts and weekend rota work as defined by management)
Pay Rates: £11.45hr Weekday, Nights and Saturdays £16.14, Sunday and BH £20.95

About the Role:
DerventioUK is seeking a dedicated Fleet Driver to join our clients team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced driver with a C1 up to 7.5t license entitlement to contribute to the safe and efficient operation of our client's fleet.

Responsibilities:

• Safely collect and deliver Trust vehicles primarily from Trust locations to both Trust workshops and other designated vehicle repairers. Occasional pickups from other locations may be required.
• Ensure all vehicles are driven in a safe and economical manner in line with Trust policy, considering the vehicles are easily identified as belonging to the Trust.
• Conduct extended road tests of vehicles during both collection and delivery to ensure they are ready for use by the Trust.
• Maintain flexibility in start and finish times and working days to accommodate the requirements of the role, including occasional work beyond normal working hours.

Requirements:

• Valid C1 license entitlement up to 7.5t (large vans with tail lifts)
• Experience driving large vans
• No CPC or DIGI TACHO requirements due to the nature of the role
• Strong commitment to driving safely and economically
• Flexibility in working hours and days as required by the role
• No more than 3 minor points no DD DR or IN due to insurance restrictions
