I am headhunting for an Account Manager to join a leading bio-stimulant provider who are committed to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions for soil health and crop productivity.

The organisation is known for its technical expertise and working intimately with farmers and agronomists to improve agricultural efficiency while promoting environmentally responsible farming methods.

You will ideally have an extensive background in sales and business development, although the hiring manager is open level of expertise.

Account Manager - Agricultural Industry

Up to £80k OTE (up to £66k basic + 20% bonus) + company car

Remote (UK based) with roughly monthly travel to offices based in Kings Lynn.

- You hold a FACTS Qualification (Fertiliser Advisers Certification and Training Scheme)

- You understand soil science, fertiliser application, and bio-stimulants

- You can build, nurture, and maintain long-term client relationships

- You have excellent interpersonal skills, and the proven ability to deliver presentations and negotiate.
