Area / Regional Sales Manager required to cover East Anglia, Essex & North London

We are excited to be working with a growing, independent business that offer the latest advancements in Commercial Air Conditioning and Air Sourced Heating / Cooling Systems.

Due to increased demand for their products and services our client is looking to expand their field sales team. They boast a nationwide client base and specialise in the sales, installation and maintenance of market leading products and services in the commercial air conditioning and Air sourced heating sector.

The role of Area Sales Manager:

This is a field sales role where you will be the go-to technical salesperson across the SE, developing new and existing commercial client relationships. The role would suit someone with an understanding of commercial HVAC or air conditioning systems, who is looking to progress their career with a company that has an impressive growth plan.

Key responsibilities for this Area sales Role:

  • Develop new and existing commercial clients to meet targets
  • Selling into contractor, local authorities, developers, retail & health & education
  • Providing customers with a design and accurate quotation, consulting with all areas of the business to ascertain technical information
  • Work closely with the installation team and associated trades to ensure projects are delivered smoothly
  • Attending exhibitions and conferences as required

What we are looking for in the ideal candidate:

  • Experience in a field sales role selling into the construction or commercial sectors
  • Technically minded with a genuine desire to learn and expand knowledge
  • Self-motivated with the ability to identify opportunities and proactively pursue them
  • Strong communicator and collaborator with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Good Organisation and numerical skills
  • An understanding of cooling and heating systems would be an advantage
  • A hunger to achieve targets and be part of a growing business,
