Reports to: Head of Ecommerce Trading

Our client is seeking a CRM Manager to design, develop and execute, and optimise all email activities (campaign and automated), SMS, WhatsApp, website performance, and web/app push notifications to support performance-driving digital activities. You will align with the brand strategy and marketing approach to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue performance. This role requires proven expertise in marketing automation, customer segmentation, and data-driven decision-making to enhance the customer journey and maximise customer lifetime value.

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00. Additional hours as required to meet the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing activities (Email, SMS/WA, website, and app-specific) aligned with business objectives for UK and US.
  • Create and manage automated workflows for key customer touchpoints, including welcome flow, cart abandonment, post-purchase follow-ups, and re-engagement campaigns.
  • Utilise customer data to analyse buying behaviour and create targeted segments with personalised messaging.
  • Plan, build, and deploy effective email and SMS/WA campaigns using platforms like Klaviyo, SMS Bump, Push Owl, and App Push Notifications.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimise open rates, CTR, and conversion.
  • Monitor deliverability, inbox placement, and compliance with marketing regulations.
  • Track and analyse key digital performance metrics and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with eCommerce, brand, marketing, merchandising, and customer service teams to ensure strong alignment in creative and messaging delivery.
