Your new roleThey are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all on-site activities, including subcontractors and trades.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor project progress and report on key milestones.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve any issues.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control.
- Manage site logistics, including materials and equipment.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
- CSCS card and SMSTS certification.
- Previously won NHBC pride in the job awards
