The person:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the agricultural sector
• Proficiency in operating farm machinery and equipment
• Strong understanding of farming practices and techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills & strong work ethic
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing work conditions
