We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Early Years Practitioner or Teaching Assistant to join our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team.

Working hours: 08.30 to 15.30 , Monday to Friday and Term-Time Only

Start date: April/May 2025, dependent on your availability

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality early years education.
  • Assist in planning and implementing engaging and developmentally appropriate activities.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Monitor and record children's progress and development.
  • Provide individual and group support to children as needed.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and other staff members.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working in an early years setting.
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
