To be successful in the role, you will need:

  • To be a keen individual with a passion for working with and inspiring young people with additional needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bags of patience and a laid-back approach to understanding individual student behaviours
  • Creativity 
  • The ability to adjust and adapt, in order to meet the everchanging needs of individual pupils
  • Minimum of GCSE Maths and English to Grade C or Equivalent Level 2 Functional Skills

Working hours will be Monday to Friday, from 9am to 3pm.

Please note, this is a temporary to permanent role and you will have the opportunity to move onto a permanent contract following a successful introductory period at the school with Reed Education.
