Join our vibrant school team as a Teaching Assistant, where you will play a crucial role in supporting the classroom teacher and enhancing the educational experience of our students. Day-to-day of the role:- Assist the classroom teacher with the preparation and delivery of engaging lesson plans.
- Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts and provide additional support as needed.
- Help maintain a safe, orderly, and supportive classroom environment.
- Manage student behaviour positively and promote constructive interactions.
- Assist in the preparation and grading of student assignments and assessments.
- Support students with special needs, including those with disabilities or language barriers.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to plan and execute school activities and events.
- Experience working with primary school-aged children is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, staff, and parents.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the school staff as part of a team.
- Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude towards education.
