Join our vibrant school team as a Teaching Assistant, where you will play a crucial role in supporting the classroom teacher and enhancing the educational experience of our students. Day-to-day of the role:
  • Assist the classroom teacher with the preparation and delivery of engaging lesson plans.
  • Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts and provide additional support as needed.
  • Help maintain a safe, orderly, and supportive classroom environment.
  • Manage student behaviour positively and promote constructive interactions.
  • Assist in the preparation and grading of student assignments and assessments.
  • Support students with special needs, including those with disabilities or language barriers.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to plan and execute school activities and events.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience working with primary school-aged children is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, staff, and parents.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the school staff as part of a team.
  • Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude towards education.
